Kek Coklat Lembut (Kukus)

No wonder la everybody loves chocolate right, sedap kuttt :3
Major love it XD
Today I want to share how to make  a moist chocolate cake. 
Here we go!

*Ingredients A :
100gm cocoa powder (I use Van Houtten cocoa powder)
1 can evaporated milk
200gm cooking oil/vegetable oil/melt butter
250gm condensed milk

4 eggs (beat until foamy/fluffy) - this is not include in ingredient A okay!

Ingredients B :
180gm castor sugar
150gm wheat flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

How to make it :
1. Cook over low heat of  INGREDIENTS A, xpayah sampai menggelegak, sampai licin cukup. Ingat ye, api perlahan.
2. Mix together the beaten eggs with mixer. Stir the ingredients B and plus a little bit with ingredients A until well mixed by using a wooden spoon. Jgn guna mixer pulak, nanti xjadi -.- hehe
3. Masukkan into ze loyang yang dilapik dgn kertas A4 and grease it with butter. Then kukus selama 1 hour or sejam lebih ckit if not cook well lg dgn api sederhana ye. Pastikan air menggelegak dulu sebelum nak kukus, maknanye kena panaskan air dulu la.
4. Kemudian, dah masak tu, sejukkan dulu. Up to you nak hiaskan dgn icing/chocolate ganache. Best eat when cool :)


Simple ingredients to make Chocolate Ganache :
1.  1 can condensed milk
2.  cup cocoa powder
3. 1 sudu besar butter/margerine/minyak masak

How to make :
Kacau semua bahan tu atas api kecil hingga likat dan larut sepenuhnya.
