Home-made Spagethi Sauce

I have no pics for ze spaghetti sauce, hihihi.
But try this, trust me! It's scrumptious to make by your own.
Bcos it's HALAL lagikkk, trusted, suci dan paling penting....sedapppp :)
So, let we start.

Home-made Spaghetti Sauce :

(Blend it with blender)
1 biji bawang besar
1/2 batang lobak merah
1 batang daun saderi*
2 biji tomato**

2 ketul isi ayam or you can use 'daging lembu' (dicincang)
1 paket/tin cendawan (potong nipis)
1 tin kecil tomato puree


How to cook it very yummy yummy :

1. Tumis bahan yang diblend td sampai naik baunya, oh ye blend sampai hancur. Kalau tak tahu cmane tahu baunye, tumis smpi mendidih.
2. Then, masukkan ayam pule.
3. Masukkan tomato puree, kacau-kacau :)
4. Masukkan cendawan. Cendawan blh guna cendawan tiram atau butang. For me, I really like to use 'cendawan butang'.
5. Tambahkan garam secukup rasa. Jgn masin sgt, hilang kemasaman tomato tu.
6. Selamat mencuba! :):)

*daun saderi tak letak pun xpe, sbb xletak pun masa buat tu, sbb not in ze fridgeeeee
**Tomato takda? it's okay, you can use tomato sauce, about 3 sudu besar. Hihi. creative what ? :D
